These courses are designed to take you beyond shielding & grounding to ways of using and perceiving energy you may have heard of, but think you can’t do ~ and ways you may not yet have dreamed were possible.
Drawing on principals from Quantum Physics, Pranayama Yoga and earth/energy based practices, you will learn ways of seeing energy, feeling energy, building and protecting your energy, strengthening & using your energetic ‘body’ and working with others in that form. This course is wholly experiential, taking us into the practices each time ~ together!
